Tuition per family
The Tuition Billing screen creates a family's invoice with the base tuition, a sibling discount percentage and any aid or subsidy, each shown as its own line.
Term fees in one go
Batch invoicing bills the same fees to every family in a group at once, one invoice each. Monthly lesson fees can repeat on their own as recurring invoices.
Prepaid tuition spread out
When a family pays the year up front, the Revenue Recognition schedule moves it from deferred revenue into income month by month over the school year.

Who has paid for this term, and who still owes?
Families are customers. Term invoices go out together, payments are applied as they come in, card payments can use a Stripe link on the invoice, and the A/R aging shows who is behind.
Each program (piano, dance, after-school tutoring) is a class, so the P&L by class shows which ones cover their teachers.

Can I give sibling discounts?
Yes. On the Tuition Billing screen, enter the sibling discount percentage and it appears as its own line on the family's invoice.
Can I bill every family at the start of term?
Yes. Batch invoicing sends the same fee lines to all the families you pick, one invoice each, numbered in order.
How do I handle tuition paid for the whole year?
Set up a revenue schedule; the payment sits in deferred revenue and moves into income each month as the year is taught.
