Text Message (SMS) Terms

These terms cover text messages between you and AcboBooks LLC ("AcboBooks", "we") on our business number 888-600-0408.
1. How you opt in
We only text people who text us first. By texting AcboBooks at 888-600-0408, you agree to receive customer care messages from AcboBooks LLC in reply. You can also text START to opt back in after opting out. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
2. What we send
Customer care messages: replies to your questions about AcboBooks, and notices about your own order, licence or free trial that you asked about (for example, your order status, where to download the app, or how to activate your licence). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
3. How often
Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
4. Stopping messages
To opt out at any time, text STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to 888-600-0408. You will get one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further texts unless you text START.

6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
