Try before you buy

AcboBooks has a 15-day free trial (up to 100 transactions, prints marked Trial, payroll in preview), with no card and no account. We encourage you to use it with your real company file before buying, so you know it fits.

30-day refund

If you buy AcboBooks Pro ($399.99) and it is not right for your business, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number, and we refund the full price. We may offer to fix a problem first, but your refund does not depend on accepting a fix. Additional computers ($149.99 each) are refundable on the same terms.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
Any tax we charged is refunded with the price.
After 30 days, we consider refunds case by case, for example for a duplicate purchase or a billing error.

What happens to your licence and your books

A refunded licence is deactivated. Your company files are never deleted and stay yours: AcboBooks keeps opening them so you can view, print and export everything; only new entries are locked, as at the end of a trial.

Who processes payments

Orders paid by invoice are sold by AcboBooks LLC, which issues refunds directly. When card checkout through Paddle is offered, Paddle.com is the merchant of record for those orders, handles payment, tax and refunds on our behalf, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Both are refunded by the rules on this page.

Microsoft Store

The AcboBooks app on the Microsoft Store is free to install. The licence that unlocks it is bought on our website, so this policy applies to it.
