What it means

In practice

Fees with subsidies shown

The Tuition (Childcare) screen builds the family's invoice: base fee, sibling discount, and the subsidy credit on its own line, so parents see exactly what they owe.

The agency billed too

Set up the subsidy agency as a customer and invoice it for the subsidy share, so what the government owes you sits on the A/R aging until it pays.

Weekly or monthly, automatic

Memorise a family's regular invoice and set it to repeat weekly or monthly. It is created on schedule, ready to adjust for a holiday week.

Fees in, subsidies chased, staff paid on Friday

Each family's invoice shows the fee, the sibling discount and the subsidy. Payments come in by cheque, transfer or card link, and the aging shows who is behind.

The agency's share is invoiced too, so a late subsidy payment never hides inside the family balances.

What it does not do

· No attendance, sign-in or ratio tracking, and no parent app.

· No year-end childcare receipts for parents; statements show what each family paid.

· Windows 10 and 11 for now (a Mac version is coming soon); no phone app.

· It imports your bank's statement file rather than connecting live to the bank.

Questions people ask

Before you download

How are government subsidies handled?

The subsidy appears as a credit on the family's invoice. Invoice the agency separately for the same amount, so you can track what it owes until it pays.

Can invoices repeat every week?

Yes. Memorise a family's invoice and schedule it weekly or monthly.

Can parents get a record of what they paid for tax purposes?

A customer statement shows a family's invoices and payments for the period. There is no dedicated childcare receipt form.
