What it means

In practice

Dues to every member at once

Batch invoicing sends the year's dues to every member you pick, one invoice each. Monthly dues can repeat as recurring invoices, and statements catch the ones still open.

Members by category

Record each member's category, such as full, student or family, as their customer type, and give each category its own dues item so income splits by category on Sales by Item.

Each team, event or division apart

Make each division, season or event a class. Fees, field rentals and referees carry the class, and the P&L by class shows what each one cost and raised.

A treasurer's job that fits in a Sunday evening

Registration fees come in by cash, cheque and card link, and are deposited together. Referees and coaches who are paid get a 1099-NEC or T4A at year-end.

At the annual meeting, the treasurer hands out the P&L by class and the budget against actual, both exported to Excel.

What it does not do

· No online registration, membership database or team scheduling; members' details stay in your membership system.

· Windows 10 and 11 for now (a Mac version is coming soon); no phone app.

· It imports your bank's statement file rather than connecting live to the bank.

Questions people ask

Before you download

Can I bill all members their annual dues at once?

Yes. Batch invoicing creates one dues invoice for each member you choose, numbered in order.

Can members pay by card?

Yes, if you connect a Stripe account: invoices can carry a card payment link.

We are a nonprofit. Does it do fund reporting?

Yes. Classes can be marked donor-restricted, and the Statement of Activities splits net assets with and without donor restrictions.
