No per-user, no per-employee

User logins are unlimited. Payroll has no per-employee charge. Your accountant is not a seat. A second computer is in the licence; more seats are available if you need them.

Yes. $399.99 buys a perpetual licence for AcboBooks Pro. Updates and support are included for twelve months; after that you may renew them or carry on with the version you have.

What does an updates renewal cost?

A fraction of the licence, per year, and only if you want new versions. The price is on the pricing page. The software keeps working, and your files keep opening, whether you renew or not.

Do I need an account to buy or to use it?

No account to use it. Buying gives you a licence key by email; you enter it once under Company → License. My licences on this site lets you see your computers and re-send your key by email code, without a password.

Can I move the licence to a new computer?

Yes. Deactivate the old computer from its License screen, or free the seat from My licences, and activate the new one. Two computers at a time, any time.
